When you are the only one in the house and you don’t want to turn the heating on. You can cosy up under a blanket with this cushion. It heats up quickly. I don’t think it will use a lot of electricity because I have never needed it to be on high. I have it on the lowest heat setting.

Had for 1 day now. I have a bad back & welcomed a constant heat rather than getting up every 15 mins to reheat a wheat bag. Does not heat up very hot on no. 3 compared to previous similar cushions. Is a lovely warm at best. Still a better solution.Hopefully will last a long time. Good size, long lead, nice colour & feel. Would still recommend.

Really goid for my bad back

My partner has chronic backache and he has used Beurer heat pads for the last 8 years. He went through two heat pads in that time but whilst the integrity of the pad was lost over time, each one's ability to heat up remained after 3+ years.I decided to buy the pillow to try and give him a little more support. Initially, he was very happy with it and whilst I could see that the pillow was losing some of its sturdiness, it was still functioning well. However, after barely 4 months of use, its ability to heat up has failed, rendering it useless. I am sorely disappointed, especially as from previous experience, the Beurer brand seemed to represent reliability. Having gone over more recent reviews of the product, I can see this issue is not isolated to our experience.I have requested a refund from Amazon and will not be repurchasing.

Fantastic for abdominal or lower back pain, gets decently hot and I find the cushion style easier to keep in place than the flat heat pads.

I first purchased one of these in April 2023. It was good until it failed earlier this July 2024. I had read that there was a 3 year guarantee on it so contacted the manufacturers (not Amazon, although they have picked up on it) on 4 July, am waiting for reply from manufacturers. In the meantime I purchased another the same from Amazon Warehouse. This one doesn’t work at all so is being returned. I won’t be buying another one!
