Q: Just bought this keyboard but the @ symbol is not above the apostrophe as it should be, instead it is above the number 2. Anyone got any ideas??

I had the same problem - in my case I fixed it by pressing "E" (has "Win" written on it in blue) while holding the "Fn" button, bottom left of the keyboard. This tells the keyboard it's talking to a Windows machine,. Then, the keyboard settings you have configured on your computer should work

Q: Has anyone got the function lock to work? I've researched everywhere online but can't find an answer, just for the F keys obviously :)

Yep. Press the function lock key (on the right of F12) to toggle function lock status (right most LED by the power switch indicates status). With that lit, my function keys work as they should. With it unlit, I get the behaviour shown on the keys - mute, volume up / down etc

Q: How do you use the 3 Bluetooth button?

Hold each button down until it starts flashing. Then, on the device you want to use, connect to the keyboard. Once you've done that for the 3 buttons on 3 different devices then you should just be able to press the button you need and you'll be controlling the device you connected

Q: What version of bluetooth is the keyboard compatible with? my new windows 10 pc won't connect with the keyboard.

My version is win 10 as well, the problem is like what I said, when you start your computer it won't auto connect the Bluetooth, you have to manual remove the device and add.
