Works fine. It was used to flash a sensor to Zigbee.

Works well and are doing the job I got them for. No problem connecting at either end, the set of flying leads supplied with the converter were just the job. Great customer service.

Excellent product - I had a dead Neos Smartcam but with one of these and lots of info from the web I was able to reflash the firmware and now camera works again - happy!

Good cheap board that works without problems (unlike a lot of the FDTI fakes that I've had in the past). The only criticism I have is that the mechanical mounting of the USB plug is weak and is just relying on the electrical contacts. This can be fixed by soldering down the two mounting lugs that are on either side of the plug - I do this on every board I get now. I like it so much that I've ordered 30 in total - at that price you can't go wrong or have enough of them knocking around.

These appeared to be completely useless and broken, but it seems that's just a Linux driver issue as they operate ok in Windows. Be warned - they may be useless to you too.

Arrived as promised. Board comes covered with transparent heat shrink plastic to protect it from short circuits which is good. Seller sent out lots of spec sheets attached to the dispatch confirmation email which is helpful, but these didn't say anything about how to use it. To save you some time, here is the missing info on using this USB converter with the 6 pins on the end of the Arduino (I am using a Pro Mini)... 1) Use only one of the 3V3 or 5V pins to connect to the Arduino VCC pin (to match your Arduino voltage) and Gnd goes to Gnd on both. 2) Swap TX and RX leads between USB board and Arduino (TXD goes to RXI, and RXD goes to TXO) 3) This board lacks a DTR pin, so when programming your Arduino, if your PC just sits with "Uploading" message, then next time press the reset button on the Arduino as soon as the red LED on the USB board comes on. Once I figured the lead swapping and reset button pressing, everything seems to work well.

The picture shows 2 items so does the description. I received one item then wrote to them asking for the missing 2 nd item. Never heard back, nor there was a way to return the item. Rip-off don’t buy from them.

Un convertitore USB–TTL con chip CP2102 è uno di quegli strumenti che, se smanetti un minimo con elettronica e microcontrollori, ti salva la giornata più volte. L'ho usato per installare un firmware custom su dei micro switch cozylife che andavano sempre offline e non li vedevo più in home assistant. Utilizzo immediato: colleghi l’USB, il sistema lo riconosce al volo ma NON sei pronto a lavorare: bisogna scaricare i driver e il link è riportato nelle istruzioni online. Comoda la possibilità di usare sia 3,3V che 5V lo rende estremamente versatile, perfetto per programmare e debuggare moduli, ESP, schede di sviluppo o dispositivi vari senza dover cambiare adattatore ogni volta. Il cavetto jumper incluso è una comodità non da poco: niente caccia ai fili giusti nel cassetto, colleghi TX, RX e GND e sei operativo in pochi secondi. È uno di quei dettagli che fanno capire che il prodotto è pensato davvero per chi lo usa sul banco di lavoro. Che dire, è un convertitore ottimo, facile da usare e assolutamente consigliato. 🧠🔌

Ich habe den Adapter genutzt, um ein IR Schrei / Lesekopf zu beschreiben, beziehungsweise die Firmenware zu ändern. Hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, ich kann den Adapter nur weiterempfehlen. Alles top.
