Good product.
I have noticed that I am getting a lower electricity bill after using this tube light. Very efficient. The tubelight has a good length and weight. The look is pretty good. It is durable too. I have been using this for a year now.

Stopped working after 10 days and got it replaced from Wipro directly
It worked in the beginning. However it suddenly stopped working after 10 days.Update:Contacted Wipro for replacement.After that I got my defective product delivered to wipro. They provided a courier for it. And they provided a replacement in 1-2 weeks. It took time but the delivered product was much better than the defective one. No connectivity issues and tube holders and screws were provided this time properly. It seems the first seller sold an old product and didn't provide any of the accessories. Now it has been a year and there has been no issue with the replacement. At the time I bought, it wasn't available from wipro directly on their site but now it is. I'd recommend to buy from the wipro site directly rather than wasting time with the seller on Amazon.

Good led tubelight

No clips to install
The product is nice and worth the price. The issue is mainly with the cheap carton for the packing. The end tabs are torn, and the clips supplied with the product to fasten to the wall, will be missing for most of the items. Without these two clips for each batten, it is not possible to fix to the wall.The joy of shopping is lost.

Read it before u buy it
This review is updated after a bad experience. Sharing the lesson learnt.It worked like a charm with Alexa on the first day. Then, it stopped responding to voice commands. It was not showing up on the devices list in Alexa app. It worked fine on the Wipro app.to solve the problem i uninstalled alexa and wipro to restart everything but it didn't work. I tried to relink with alexa withing the wipro app. it didn't work.Then the following worked -1.Open Alexa app2. Go to skills3. search wipro smart home4. now disbale the skill5. Go to the Wipro app and connect with alexa again.it will work.

It's a GREAT PRODUCT But......
It's a very good product but, the delivery was not appropriate this time. The packaging was loose and the product came with a dent on it which resulted in the damge after a while. It suddenly stopped working and didn't really respond. Please improve the packaging quality.Apart from that the Light is very powerful and really really responsive and the app works amazing.The Colours are bright and looks great in photos and videos, the low intensity modes are also amazing doesn't changes the Colour shaades and your can really mix and choose a lot of colour combinations with the app toggles which is really easy to use and connect with the smart batten. And you only need one time pairing the next time it will get connected immediately when your light is on and both your device and light are connected with the same server.Just make sure your Product Come in right shape and if it doesn't, replace it immediately.The ratings are low just because of the packaging and delivery. Please take care of the AMAZON....

Good product, the music sink work only 5mins
The media could not be loaded. Nice product to play with, but music sink feature only works for one song 5 mins again u have to refresh the app to continue. Good product not sure how long it would last. Also u have to keep ur bluetooth wifi and location enabled to control it. Connectivity also lags some times. Not a 100% perfect product
