I love this lil' fella! It's awesome to wake up to him every day. The feel, the finish, the easy mechanism, perfect for a solo cup of caffeine nirvana. Gripe is that it won't sit perfectly on an Indian gas stove, so I use a metal net to balance this boy. Use the smallest burner though to prevent it from heating up too quickly and burn the ground or the concoction. It's a premium product, and in my books, the price is completely justified. Unfortunately, I start by pouring already heated water in the bottom pot to expedite the coffee making process and warm the grounds (also it doesn't let the heat screw-up the coffee grounds). So be cautious and don't burn your hands if you are following this method and hold the hot bottom pot with some cloth or something.

Buy a good ground coffee or whole beans and grind fresh. Make the coffee using moka pot.. you are gonna love it. Bialetti ♥️

We'll the coffee from this is tasty & creamy. Offcourse I mixed milk. It wasn't much of a hazard. Things to keep in mind: 1. This 1 cup moka pot yields 60ml of black coffee. Though the 3 cup size yields more & costs less, but you can't make less coffee, one needs to fill it till the valve so I got 1cup since I'd be making coffee only for me 1 person. 2. The coffee is strong. I used light roast & used the same grind size as pour over, still it was very very tasty after mixing with milk.

The best you can get, but make sure you have the correct heat adapter since it’s a one cup pot and therefore will be very small for the gas or electrical heater

Ho preso la versione da 1 tazza per evitare sprechi quando non serve la moka grande, e devo dire che è diventata la più usata in casa. La quantità reale: Molti dicono che la "1 tazza" sia minuscola, ma per noi è la dose ideale. Eroga circa una tazzina abbondante di caffè; noi spesso riusciamo a dividerla in due per un caffè "al volo" tipo ristretto da bar, forte e caldo al punto giusto. È perfetta perché non avanza mai nulla e si beve sempre caffè appena fatto, non riscaldato. Velocità e praticità: Essendo piccola, l'acqua va in ebollizione in un attimo ⏱️. La qualità costruttiva è la solita garanzia Bialetti: alluminio solido e il manico che non scotta. Un consiglio pratico: Attenzione solo al fornello: la base è stretta, quindi sulla maggior parte delle griglie a gas serve necessariamente il riduttore per farla stare stabile 🔥. Ovviamente, ricordate che non va sull'induzione 🚫.
