WaterCopClassic, 1 in Lead Free Ball Valve, Actuator, 3 Sensors

I need to turn off the downstream pump if the valve is turned off. Is there an external cam or some way to detect he valve is off and mount a switch

if you lost the supply voltage is battery back up on the system?

Does anyone know why the "package deal" including classic motorized 1" valve plus 3 sensors is $18 more than buying the 4 components as standalone?

Does this system detect water flow from a faucet? If it does detect water flow, can it shut off the valve? For example if i forget to turn water?
