The sampler set was a wonderful stocking stuffer for my son! He loved the variety and the opportunity to try the variety of salts before buying a larger size. The seasoning is not overbearing, and the taste is very good! A very good add to all sorts of meat, we have tried some on chicken, pork chops and steak so far. The saltiness and texture are both very nice and it cooks up great. I will be buying more but in the larger bottles for regular use! Delicious!

Fun but small. I love cooking and having good quality salt so this is great. I got this on a Black Friday deal and it was still pretty expensive for what you get. All taste great though!

I got these for a coworker a year ago and she still talks about them today. Her whole family loves the variety and the flavors.

Husband thinks these are the best thing since sliced bread. He loves trying different salts, and now I don’t have full sized containers spilling out on my head when I open the spice cabinet. Win-Win. Pros: Nice range of different flavors, in small enough quantities that it doesn’t feel like a waste if you don’t like it and just toss it. Makes a GREAT Christmas gift for a White Elephant, stocking stuffer, or other generic gift giving party for a male or female without breaking budget. Cons (and the reason for only 4 stars): The small tins are either too hard to open, or just pop right open when you lift it creating the potential for mess. Upon opening, one of the clear acrylic ‘windows’ fell right out. It wasn’t glued in like the rest. The tins are packed tight with salt, which means some goes to waste every time you try to put the lid back on. For this, we got some small clear travel jars which were slightly larger from Walmart that have twist on lids. Much better idea, but slightly disappointed that we had to spend extra money to make it practical and non-wasteful. However, the small tins were relegated to living the rest of their lives out in a craft room holding frequently used sequins and other bling, and the large tin will find itself as part of a mixed media project since it’s a great size. Overall, we would buy another set in different flavors, when this one gets low.

Keep in mind that this is tiny. But Mighty things come in tiny packages. Each jar is only half an ounce of salt. But think about those really fancy five star restaurants where you spend a ton of money and then the dinner they bring you would fit on a 50 Cent piece. It's like that. My son and his significant other raved about it and said all of the flavors were delightful. I had a salt bar at a restaurant one year and I was obsessed after that. One of the reviews in here said that they don't get it for gifts well they give it as a gift to themselves, meaning that they will just keep buying it over and over. And it seems as though there are different flavors but I didn't check that. I think I might, though. So keep in mind that this little bitty and then be proud. Yumm?m

Great item! These salts are so aromatic and flavorful! I got this as a stocking stuffer for my husband and he uses them almost every day.

Bought these as a gift for our family foodie. Once I saw how tiny each salt sample was I was too embarrassed to give them to him. I guess I should have read the item description more carefully.

I gifted this to my father for Christmas and he loved it! Box and set looks high end even though it is very small. The comments made me think it would be even smaller than what it actually is. I can’t comment on how easy it is to open or personally how they taste but i do know that it was a great gift for my dad. I will most likely try/buy the other sample packs in the future.

Arrived ahead of time. Nice presentation. Individual containers a little difficult to open without spilling. Great flavors for meat or vegetables. I am going to buy a couple for gifts, and get larger portions of my favorites for myself. I would recommend this to any cook with a taste for Smokey flavors.

Comes in a really neat little (reusable) package and the different flavours are really unique. Our kids have favourites and know the different flavours after just a couple days of use. Can't wait to try new flavours from this company.
