This came in at the perfect time. It was customized for my close friend who lost her niece to a horrible tragic death. Her daughter and her niece were best friends and this piece was perfect. A memory to be taken with where ever they go.I really am happy with the piece, I would get another for myself with a different customized picture and engraving.My heart was already so full by the comfort my friend had when she seen this, that something was made to be held close and taken anywhere.Definitely reccomend.

I got this for my daughters 18th birthday. I had a picture of her and I on the front and message to her on the back. The chain is very sturdy. It must have changed recently because I’ve seen other reviews saying they have broken. They are much better chains now! It’s a little heavy but I would definitely buy again

I’m not 100% satisfied with this but it is very cute and my daughter loved it!Cons: It doesn’t close together flush, you can see the seam. There are some scratches on the back where the inscription is.Pros: large, long, pretty, just as described. Chain is nice, seems sturdy! Picture is placed perfectly and inscription was perfect (despite scratches). I paid extra for expedited shipping and it arrived SOONER than expected!Overall, this is a good necklace for the price and is adorable. Came as described and larger than expected.I would definitely buy from them again!
