I needed a gaming chair after having gone through 2-3 different chairs, both regular office and gaming style, all of them either breaking or having the material get so worn out that it becomes uncomfortable to sit in. So, I found this Shuanghu chair and went for it.Shipping didn't take too long, and after about a week and a half it arrived at my front door. The instructions for assembling it yourself were pretty clear, none of the materials I needed were missing and it took me less than 20 minutes to completely assemble with only the allen key provided in the box.The chair is amazing. It's very comfortable (I'm 6'3 and about 185-190 pounds) and feels great to sit in, write emails, do research for my job and game on. The reclining feature is very convenient when I'm just relaxing, watching Netflix, YouTube or just reading a book. Both pillows are extremely comfortable, although the bottom lumbar one could be a little more plush. That can easily be corrected by myself though.Time will tell if the chair lasts a long time. I elected to purchase the extra warranty that's provided before adding the chair to the cart. Otherwise, it's a fantastic product and I hope I can use it for years to come.

Right out of the box it was easy to assemble; the screws would become lose after about a month. It’s not that comfortable and has literally no arch support. I ended up having to buy a seat cushion and arch support. I did that about a month before the chair broke all together. I was just sitting back, cross cross applesauce, mind you, and all of a sudden I was falling backwards 😂 it broke at the bottom of the chair where it sits on top of the pump. So, to my knowledge, it’s unfixable. I threw it away at any rate, but I’m still disappointed this didn’t last for more than a year.

I order 2 of the same exact chairs and got 2 different chairs and 2 different colors. Which was frustrating. One of the chairs came with the wrong instructions so thankful for youtube instructions on how to put it together. Overall they weren't hard to put together at all and seem to be sturdy and they are comfortable chairs. I rated 4 starts not because of the quality of the chair, but i think whomever is handling the packaging and picking of these items could do a better job and put the write institutions in the right boxes and make sure people get the color and correct chair that they actually ordered.

I replaced my old overstuffed executive chair with this smaller but well-designed chair. It allows me to move better and still I am just as comfortable. I wish it went just a few inches lower because I am real short legged but other than that I love this thing. For the money you cannot beat it. So, I bought one for my wife.

Set up in minutes, no fuss. Chair looks great and nice enough for the price. Biggest downside is the gas lift seems to have a bit of play and the lever to control it doesn’t feel right. You have to pick up the whole chair while holding the lever to extend it. Then, when you sit it sinks down about halfway before pulling the lever. Then, when you do pull the lever it goes down only about another 2 inches to the bottom. So when you sit in the chair at “max” height the whole thing is pretty short. Not for taller people!

It’s a great gaming chair ! Really comfortable and for the price ?! It’s amazing it’s a real bang for your buck and recommend it for anybody that not only plays video games but also is behind a screen for most of their day . This chair lets you relax and feel comfortable and helps you put out your most into whatever activity you’re partaking in!

So I’ll start with the pros:- It’s comfortable, it doesn’t strain your back like other chairs and there’s a support cushion for your head-Aesthetically speaking it’s pretty pleasing to the eye once assembled- Its pretty much for all forms of sitting and sleeping.Cons-Unfortunately, I couldn’t give this product a 5 stars let alone recommend this to anyone because my product is a defect particularly the mechanic part that controls the chair. There is a issue with the screws and that there’s a metal piece blocking the 3rd screw from entering, so I’m left with 2 screws instead of 3.- When I sit on the chair it has a bad habit of wobbling. When you spin around you come to a certain dip and you’ll feel like the chair might pop off. Very disorienting at times.- While costumer service was great when I reached out for a replacement product. They seemed to have misunderstood the assignment I asked them for and gave me another defective product for my screw issue.Summary: I will not be buying from these sellers anytime soon and will be looking for another chair when this chair has outlived its usefulness. If your looking for a chair. I say save your money and look for another company that doesn’t hand you defective products.

Super impressed with the quality of this chair from the stitching, the color and the pillows are perfect for lumbar and neck support. It took me less than 10 minutes to put together with simple easy to read instructions. This chair is going to make my gaming day's even more relaxing. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Excellent price!!
