Flavor isn’t my fave
Not a fan of the flavor. I don’t drink my teas with any sweetener so the flavor is very important to me. This tea wasn’t great without any help from a sweetener which kind of defeats the purpose of a dietary tea.I ended up getting the coffee instead and it’s much better! I drink it every morning before my workout. It does give a energy boost.

I didn't expect this flavor to taste good. I had to have two cups as soon as I got it.

Gave problems to the keurig
The flavor was very strong but the kcup was always giving issues to my keurig. The leaves always ended up on my cup, and sometimes it will just make the machine go very slow. Never has happened before but with these

A pleasant cup of tea quickly created in a Keurig consumed while getting ready will stave off hunger pangs until lunch. Will definitely be buying more.

I add a little honey and drink this in the morning with a small breakfast and I’m not hungry for the rest of the day. Eating less and moving more gives you pounds dropping. Clothes that were VERY tight last month fit much better now.
