Opened product and was soaked don’t know if the item was used but paid for a new one

I have issues with the wand’s breaking I have 3 pumps that I can’t use anymore because I can’t find replacement parts

Best acid sprayer and long lasting! Watch not over tightening too many times. As the threads are plastic. But I buy a new one every season due to the hose getting hard and losing flexibility. Although I do use harsh acids for my pressure washing business. That's My only complaint. Will be buying another next year.
