I ordered this for all the health benefits. I opened it, and I smelled a bit of garlic (which is actually a positive for me), so I’ll see if I smell like, or my breath smells like, garlic in a few days. I took my first dose today, and it seems to be okay so far. I hope it will help my immune system, heart and cholesterol level. I’ll try to update this rating after I’ve been taking it for a week or two.
