A number of negative reviews on other faucets led us to this one. We are not disappointed! The construction of the faucet and other parts is good. The installation went pretty easy. All the parts that we needed were included and good quality. A few gaps in the instructions but nothing insurmountable; Charmingwater could use a proper translation. The motion detector works well. It's responsive and stays on as long as you're washing your hands. No need for adjustments there. We haven't made any attempt to adjust the temperature mix. Overall, it's a good value that we would definitely buy again!

wow I must say this faucet is the most correct choice I made in the decoration.My plumber helped me install it after receiving it. The attachment is very complete, there is no need to purchase additional parts for it. The installation process is very worry-free. It's most efficient is to entrust professional work to professional people.The function of the touchless faucet itself is well done, it is very sensitive and quick to produce water. Washing hand is covenient for me. I believe everyone knows how important this is. Of course, the appearance of the faucet itself is also very beautiful, perfect fit our modern designed bathroom.So far everything is working very well, I am satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

First, water pressure can't be regulated. The flow either is off or gushing full blast. Second, the sensor requires that your hands be level with the basin's rim, resulting in splashing where you don't want it. Third, the deck plate is a little flimsy, resulting in the ends riding slightly high when the center mounting nut is fully tightened, allowing seepage into the vanity through the extra holes remaining from the previous faucet set.

Matched what we already had in place and works great.

I don't have any comment on how the product works aside from it is quite hard to maintain because of the hard watermarks that stays on the faucet and it's really hard to remove.If only i can removed and i paid handy man to connect it i will return not poor quality

We remodeled two of our bathrooms and wanted to put automatic faucets in them. They are WONDERFUL!!! I love that I don't need to turn on the faucet...I just put my hands underneath and the water turns on. And it turns off when my hands move away. I don't have to worry about the grandchildren leaving the water on. I especially enjoy the automatic faucet during this COVID pandemic. I heartily recommend this faucet.

I recently installed two of these and found them to be of good quality and easy to install. Best of all they came with everything you need, including the mixing valve and all hoses. The design and appearance were as good or better than many competitors for a fraction of the price. No hesitation in recommending to others.
