QuiksilverMen’s Slide Sandal Flip Flops

Purchased for my son (size 10). Initially he was super excited when he saw them. They look sharp!!Problem came up after he'd worn them for a couple hours at the local mall. He came back complaining that he wouldn't be wearing them again. There is zero padding in the foot sole. He said he might as well have been barefoot given how hard the foot sole it. Most slides and sandals have at least some padding under your foot, and looking at these, it looks like there's padding. Problem is that it's a hard plastic base with very little give. I tried them on and agree with his assessment. Definitely not comfortable if you'd be walking around much.These are going back. Too bad, because my son loved how they look.

I've owned a few pairs and varieties, so to speak, of Quiksilver strap/adjustable sandals. Decided I needed a second pair of my favorite version, but they were out of stock so I decided to go with these instead. Terrible mistakeThe biggest cons versus the Shoreline (my favorites):- Don't grab onto your feet, extremely easy to slip out of these- Sole is extremely hard, no cushioning/soft rubber- Strap has a cutting into feeling, even when loosened. Versus a cushioning/hugging feeling- The rubber overall is more slippery/smooth, so you'll slip on almost everything (if you don't slip out of the sandal, first). These have no grip on the bottom

These are the most uncomfortable sandals I have ever owned. The sole is hard as a rock and the padding that presses on the top of your foot is not flat. The end has a thick ridge that sticks down. Don't waste your money.

This is the first time I have worn slides. The Quicksilver slides are a bit irritating to my upper feet; it may be a sensitvity I have to the material lining the ajustable top. I wear socks in them and feel better. Or I may have to play around with adjusting the top strap. The length advertised was perfect.

So when I buy online I always take into account seeing online takes second to reality. I ordered Quicksilver slides in 11's and wear a 10.5. 4EEE and assumed it would be fine since it was a bigger size. Never assume anything right? ha ha. The upper sole is the issue!!! Again me being a lifelong, of buying Quicksilver everything, that the upper part of the sole would be soft and comfortable...Nope! They are the opposite and run narrow like a woman's size...Maybe it is just me getting old and grumpy~Definitely built sturdy but I hate them so they are now dog chews.

I placed them on my feet right away after getting them and said to my self there going back. I left them on my feet for a couple hours just to see if they needed to be broke in. I am so glad I did. Once broke in I didn't won't to take them off . I did the try before you buy and bought them on same day.

We tried these along with two other pair of sandals ultimately the Adidas won. These felt a little cheaper quality not as thick of a sole as the Adidas ones and it felt curved, unnatural for the foot

I bought this for my son. He loves slides and I got this pair because you can adjust the strap. This feature is a must for my son because he has wide feet. Sadly it didn’t last a week after daily use in school. The strap on one side ripped off. Now I’m looking for another pair with better quality.

Would have given a 5 star but someone picked the wrong size. Got size 7, I ordered size 8.I can’t be bothered sending them back as I work away a lot so will give to colleague that wears size 7 shoes.

Husband very happy with fit and quality. True to size.

Ordered 7.5 UK and they send me 7 UK (40 EUR which is a bit small).I've ordered two other brands and they fits.

Great sliders really understated and stylish.

Ya leí un comentario parecido, pero en cambio otros ponían que el tallaje es normal. Bueno, pues pedí una 47, que es lo que gasto. En algunas marcas como Reebok gasto un 48 porque el tallaje a veces es un poco diferente.Sorpresa mayúscula cuando me llegan las sandalias y parecen un portaaviones. Me sobran 3 cm por delante y otros 3 por detrás. Aun así son cómodas y antideslizantes. Pero no puedo ir con eso ya que tropezar con escalones o andando sería muy fácil. Me las habría podido guardar para ir a esquiar a Sierra Nevada o bajar el Amazonas sin canoa, pero preferí devolverlas. No se me dió opción de cambio de tallaje.
