Love this thing. Helps keep my coffee warmer longer. Especially good when I'm making breakfast or sitting in bed reading. Does not keep it as hot as fresh, but works well for it's purpose. Love the usb cord, makes it more versatile for me. Can't seem to adjust the temp like the directions said you could but not really a big deal. Overall happy with it.

Every single morning I make coffee, and serve myself a mug. But then i have to wake up my daughter for virtual class, make breakfast, then the baby wakes up! And guess what? My coffee is now iced coffee 🙄🤣! I purchased this with the hopes of placing my mug there every morning as per usual and keeping it warm AT LEAST, and thank God it does just that! This mug warmer has helped make my mornings much better! Thank you!

It keeps the outside of a ceramic mug warm, which is nice, but the liquid inside doesn’t really heat up.

Product showed up with the heating plate entirely separated from the base. I could see where the tiny bits of glue were supposed to keep these two pieces connected but it obviously was not enough. All the heating elements and inner wiring was entirely exposed because of this. Obviously not a high quality product what do ever

No electricity cord. Needs connection to computer only. Not mentioned by Amazon. Computer must be on. Even then. Low temperature does not keep coffee warm enough.

The design is simple and nice but it doesn’t heat up the cup enough so that drink is lukewarm.

No more cold tea and coffee for me finallly. As i like to sip it slowly it always got cold . This keeps my coffee warm just as i like it . No more running to the microwave 5 times for the same cup.of tea . Very happpy .

Doesnt really keep my drink warm, keeps it warm bottom of mug. Only used it few times when bought in Dec. Had it put away until recently i took it out to use again ... i was surprised it didnt work. Dont buy!

Bought as a gift for our daughter - who has a habit of forgetting about her drinks until they’ve gone cold.She seems to like it & has said it works great, so how can I not recommend it?

This is an awesome cup warmer. I especially like how it can turn its self on and off. When you place your cup on the warmer . It is very easy to use you simply have to press the heat select button
