Ideal if you want the high dose
This appears to be as close as you can get to just buying nattokinase powder. I wasn't sure if I should trust it, but gave it a go after the brand I used previously became unavailable, and the good news is that I can feel that this one is doing the job - I need the thinning and can tell if I'm not getting enough, and while I can't judge the exact strength( or judge how comprehensively the vitamin k2 has been removed), the 6000 figure certainly feels credible. There were nine extra capsules in the pack. Two capsules had burst, so the pack had a lot of dust loose in it, but that's fine - I didn't waste any of it. There's no magnesium stearate in these to mix it evenly with a bulking agent, so my guess is that with a high dose it's easier to get a consistent dose from capsule to capsule as there's little or no bulking needed, making the manufacturing process simpler and thereby accounting for the more affordable price, but the dose may be too high for some people as a result. That could be corrected for by taking vitamin k2 with it to replicate the mix you get in the Japanese food natto, though I don't know how much is needed for that. An alternative would be to open the capsules and take just a third or half of the content at a time. Nattokinase has a half-life of eight hours in your system so you may want to work out how much will still be active in there when take more of it to work out the level you're reaching at maximum. Anyway, I hope this product is here for the long term because I'm happy with it and don't like switching.Edit: The packs are not properly sealed at the top, so they can be opened without cutting the strip off the top. That needs to be fixed, because I've just opened the latest one and it's 50 capsules short of the 365 that are supposed to be in it. Either the counting machine broke or someone's raiding them during the distribution. That's £3.50 of content missing.Edit 2: A review has appeared calling the product fake. I've included a screenshot to show how strongly I disagree with that: I wouldn't have spent £200 buying it if it didn't do the job. The NHS has collapsed where I live and I can't get access to the warfarin that I should be on, so I'm currently keeping the blood clots under control by taking 120,000 fibrinolytic units of Nattokinase a day (please do not copy this as it would be extremely dangerous for a healthy person to take more than a tenth of that), and this is the only source I can afford to buy that much from. I have no connection to the company other than that it is keeping me alive while I wait for the NHS to sort out its act. And now I'm going to order pack number nine.
