I ordered these for my 8 year old to use with his Halloween costume. They arrived yesterday, and I took them out of the package and was trying to figure out how they worked. The item popped open in my hand, the end hit me in my face about in inch below my eye and the large end took a gouge out of my index finger that is very deep and at least 1/2" long. These are very dangerous as they are basically a very strong spring of flat metal that is coiled and held in place by a pin.I'm tossing them in the trash. I do not recommend. I would post a picture of my finger, but I don't even want to look at it. Ugh.

cheap hard to close back and cut cut you if not paying attention not for kids

It would not go back together after opening and it’s made of sharp thin metal which not only cut my grandsons hand but two adults were also cut while trying to close it. This should not be sold for children.

Bought for my 9 year old. She put the gloves on. Pushed it and it cut threw the glove in to her hand. Super hard to collapse down once it's open. Very flimsy.

These are made from a thin sheet of metal and wrapped around into a coil. Because it is thin sheet metal, the edges are sharp and can cut your child. These are not meant for young children. They are a good value for the money because they get my kids active. My two teenagers have been playing with these for hours at a time. Just make sure you set rules. And don't let them open them around any valuables. If they open it towards themselves or someone else, they can do some damage.

When it says for professionals it’s not lying. You need to know what your doing with these spring powered staffs. They are sharp and a very thicc piece of metal at the end capable of breaking your eye socket or cracking your nose.Another thing. When I used it the first day, the film (sparkly wrap) that was wrapping on the ends was peeling off and eventually torn bits off, thus causing the sticky residue to prevent the pole collapsing easy and retracting as shown. If you wanna get these then expect this:VERY DIRTY HANDS.. cuts all over your hands.. a limited clean use of the staff, bends, dings, and some moments where the staff would fall apart after releasing.This is my experience/review and I do not share any thoughts with any company or organization.

Pretty good though the staffs collapse slightly when I push down on them a bit, it's very good quality for the price but very lightweight, people hate on it to much.

Package came already opened. When pulled out the stick, it was stuck and couldn’t put back in. This is knife- sharp and very dangerous. Would not recommend for any age.Box reads “be careful to hit people”.I’d be more concerned about getting cut with it.How do I return this if I can’t make it small to put it back in its package?!
