The tea is good just by itself.Even if it weren't for weight loss or detox.It doesn't have a particularly strong smell or taste but it is very mild.It should be suitable for everyone.It doesn't help with movements in your stomach.

So, I got this tea because I am looking to incorporate drinking tea into my routine. I've done it before and it helped lessen my coffee intake daily too, so that's a plus. This tea is great, it tastes good, mellow and not overpowering but also not bitter at all, which is great. It doesn't need any sweeteners added to it which is also a plus since I am cutting down on sugar.This would definitely help with water bloat because teas are mild diuretics. I cannot vouch for its weight loss properties but I can say this is a good tea to incorporate in your daily routine to help 'cleanse' your diet. I also like that it is easy to steep. You are able to clearly see what is contained in the tea bags and the ingredients are also listed clearly in the packaging.All in all, a very good habit to start. I'm starting to like having tea back into my routine and this one tastes pretty well too. I love a good tea with no bitterness in it.

Taiwan made organic, cleansing, detox tea for weight loss and metabolism. It got a lot of awesome and healthy ingredients such mulberry, lotus, dandelion, licorice, cassia seeds, and a red rose. According to the descriptions, the ingredients “are designed to stimulate the body’s ability to process excess fat”. The packaging is awesome, well designed with a ziplock wrapper. I made it according to the instructions, and even though, I had a little fight with a tea bag, that broke, I was still happy with a taste. Probably one of the better tasting teas that I tried recently. Slightly sweet, with balanced aromas from different herbs. Not overpowering or bitter. Unlike some other teas you can taste the purity and recognize the herb particles in the tea.Moreover, while I was enjoying my cup I was reading a small brochures, users manual and nutrition facts that were included with a tea. I was shocked to see that- according to the nutrition facts- the tea has more fats than 2 lbs of bacon, and more trans fat than a lb of margarine. I was also surprised that people with certain conditions such as hypertension shouldn’t be drinking this tea. As a tea drinker, I am pretty confident that the manufacturers have made an honest mistake or typo while printing the manual/information package and hope they’ll fix it quickly. Other than that, great tea! Enjoy!

I've had this tea for almost a week now. I usually drink a cup of matcha tea every night before I go to sleep. So far, I have replaced this tea for my normal tea. I have to say that I like the flavor of this tea more than the matcha. This tea has a slightly sweet taste and smells just as good as the taste. I have not noticed any effects from this tea. Appetite, weight, and quality of sleep has remained the same. I'll come back and edit my review after I have used all of the tea bags to see if I have noticed anything different. So far, I am enjoying the tea very much though.
