Relaxing. First try I set it to the lowest setting for all options. I almost fell asleep. No directions regarding the use of the programming mode except that it defaults to number 3 (medium). Charging USB source must be minimum of 1 amp (stated in the instructions); it isn't provided with the machine. I have a less powerful one and the machine let me know with intermittent beeps that it wasn't strong enough to charge the internal battery. I switched to an older iPhone charging block rated at 1 amp and it worked. Personally, I don't like using my PC as a charger for non-computer machines. Some of the other reviews mention that the battery-life isn't good; they may be using a weaker charging source. I haven't found that to be that case so far.

I have worked over 25 yrs on a computer and needed some type of hand massager to deal with my carpal tunnel. I came here and read the reviews and decided to try. The directions need more detail on each function button. I played around w the modes and intensity from the lowest to highest which I needed the highest. I kept wondering what is the ball in the middles function. Also I didnt know how far in my hand should be, directions don't say. The machine provides vibration and a massage. The heat is minimum. I wish there was more pressure, more massage and heat. It's a good product but I will have to use it a few times to get the full effect. My carpo tunnel goes crazee more at night than the day. Check it out for yourself.

It’s a little small for me, and I wish I could comfortably open my hand inside. I’m not sure if it actually helps, but feels good sometimes

This thing works great for tendinitis relief. It’s not super sophisticated and mainly relies on inflating and deflating air bags. That being said the compression and heating are great. You definitely get a bit more than you pay for with this.

My wife and I use our hands all day (kitchen manager / part-time carpenter) and our hands are sore at the end of the day. I picked the SereneLife Electric Hand Massager because I thought it had good features for the price, compared to the others. I bought this for my wife but now we both use it. I was concerned it wouldn’t be strong enough but this massager is plenty powerful. It arrived well packaged and survived shipping. The first thing that impressed me upon inspection was that the charger is USB-C. Sometimes I wonder if I’m getting the latest technology when devices come with micro, or worse yet, mini-USB, but this can use all the same cables that my other USB-C phones and accessories come with. It was fully charged in less than an hour so we were able to use it right away.I tried the first setting and it was perfect. It started to work on my fingers and palm, then, to my surprise, my wrist. I didn’t know I needed that but I guess after swinging a hammer all day, I had some spots on my wrist that it found. It was also nice that it’s heated up during the massage and it almost was like the heat melted the pressure points away. My wife was more impressed with the way it worked on her fingers and palm after a day of moving heavy cookie sheets. I tried other settings too, like different patterns and pressure levels, and although the first setting worked great, the other worked well too and I like knowing that I have different choices. Even though I bought this for her, I think we’re going to be arguing over who gets to use it.

I know there are many different hand massagers and this one has a reasonable price!So far, loving the compression as it is helping with the pain relief. It provides adequate pressure to help with my finger numbness. It doesn't make much noise and it is really easy to use. I am using this product everyday at night and it refreshes my hand in the morning as I feel more comfortable and relaxed!Loving it so far!

Easy to useGreat different pressure settings

I bought this as a gift for my mother in law who has carpal tunnel, trigger fingers and numbness in her hands. She finds it easy to use and likes that it is portable. Althought it is too early to tell if it relieves her discomfort she enjoys the hand massage.

My partner loves it he said it help for the pain on his triggers finger problem.

I bought one for myself a few weeks ago and used it everyday since. I let my mom who has arthritis try it and she loved it. She made me buy one for her too. She said it makes her hands feel a bit more comfortable after using it.I've compared to other models and this one has 5 modes which is more than some of the expensive ones. The only thing I don't like about this is that it has no screen to tell you how much time left. At 15 min it just stops itself.
