Very helpful
Received the product in 10 days. I had almost all the symptoms of Magnesium deficiency like insomnia, anxiety, high BP sometimes shooting up to 200/118. I had been suffering from panic attack and insomnia for the last 7 yrs. After using this product since last 15 days, I feel much relieved and better. First thing I noticed is better sleep and after that my BP is also now between 130/85 to 140/95. Probably it will take few months before I fully recover.
