It felt like a gamble spending so much on a knife from a company I’ve never bought from before but I’ve used it for most things every day since I bought it. Incredibly well balanced and sharp, a couple of swipes on a steel or stone and it’s razor sharp again. This will outlast me - heirloom quality!

Bought on Black Friday at a great price, best knife by far, lightweight, super sharp, looks great. Must buy for Chef or someone who enjoys cooking a lot.
