For as expensive as this was and as long as it took to get here this was not a good buy. It’s like a cardboard key pad with a plastic case around it and the sound is so quiet you can’t hear it unless it’s right up next to your ear

Box says comes with batteries but it didn’t. Seller states it’s stored in a warehouse so removed them so item won’t get ruined. That’s fine then send them separately. They removed the batteries but kept the battery plastic strip as if the batteries we there and all you needed to do was pull the strip and the item should work. Nope not the case. Very disappointed and so was my son.

Lovely little book with phone. Mad a little chap happy. Couldn’t get it anywhere bar Amazon USA to send to Ireland.
