Poor Quality Printing.
I bought this to print shipping labels and have not been able to use it since purchase because I cannot get the labels to print so that the text on the shipping labels is solid black. I worry that my customers orders will get stopped at customs because of poor labels. I have tried configuring different settings, printing from a PDF instead of web browser, cleaning the thermal head, nothing has worked so I can only assume it is a faulty product.

No labels and no idea which fit
Doesn’t come with and labels and doesn’t tell you which ones fit so you end up buying wrong ones. Surely for the money they could put at least a sample size one in.
