Great headgear for those that don't need to adjust often.
I bought this headgear for my skullgard hard hat, this is much more comfortable than the bigger ratcheting style. You just set it to your size & it doesn’t really need much more adjustment.

Good quality
Great product and made very well. I use a similar one at work and has lasted me a long time, the clips are different. Never had issues for the 3 years I had it in my hardhat I just lost my hardhat. I made the mistake and bought the wrong one and was refunded within a day.

Good quality and fits like a glove. Note you can remove the fabric on the front so it does not stink.you just have to cut it off which is what I do.
