Good product
I think it is a great product for the price but it could be improved greatly. Unfortunately, the unit had issues, so, I had to return it. But it was much easier than the 2 units I had tried before.

Good duplicator
Our company has worn out a number of different disc duplicators over the last ten years. We don't burn enough discs to warrant a commercial machine (400-500/month), but we burn more than most consumer machines can tolerate. This is our second Nimbie. The first one ran flawlessly for a year and failed just before the warranty ran out. That machine is now our backup.

had this item for about two years now and I love never had an issue and its paid for itself 100 time over and still paying for itself. love this item.
