My son just opened it and the arm is missing.** A: Oh, No!! Amazon is good about replacing items that are broken or damaged, so that's the route I'd try. We ordered 2 or these for a couple of our grandsons, ages 2 and 4 at the time, and they LOVE this toy!! They got them for Christmas last year and they are still in one piece. This toy has held up well to our son dropping it from his crib, etc, a wheel broke off recently but was easy to fix (superglue).
