Great fountain, easy install if you have necessary drain and water access.

works great, and its good for the environment....
works well with new Ice Machine....we ordered this elkay bottle filler and we were able to remove the water fountain but keep the chiller, so water is nice and cold....we had a plumber install both at the same time and connect the old water chiller to the elkay

well built
water fill stations have replaced drinking fountains during the pandemic. this bottle fill station is well built but a little difficult to install.

Sensor Doesn’t Work - product came damaged
The product came damaged. Motherboard had burn marks on it and sensor didn’t work, but we didn’t know that until it was installed. It is currently useless. Contacted amazon who put us in touch with Elkay and the turn around to get it fixed is more than two weeks. Our office has no other water source, so we are now using bottled water and filling the landfills.

Great product, but not a lot of instruction on how to install
Our contractor installed this in our building and said the instructions are not very thorough. Working great so far, though.

Works well, great investment. Had the bottle sensor fail after 11 months, tech support was great in diagnosing but seems the unit was manufactured in 2022 so the warranty of 1 year was over. Kinda bad form to do a warranty from when the machine was made since the customer has no way to know that. $200 sensor in less then 12 months is not ideal.

We replaced an older elkay unit for this no touch wall mounted filtered water unit. So far it works well.....
