e-Waste - drivers don't exist, you cannot use it.
Completely unusable because Intel have withdrawn 100% of all drivers for this obsolete card from every source - even Microsoft Updates have removed them. This card is not detected on Windows 10/11. It's e-Waste and utterly useless.

Gut im NAS
In meinen TrueNAS Server eingebaut und sofort hat alles funktioniert. Ursprünglich wurde sie jedoch für meinen Windows 11 PC gekauft, aber dort bekam ich sie nicht zum Laufen. Wurde weder im BIOS noch in Windows erkannt. Nach mehreren verzweifelten Stunden habe ich es aufgegeben und die Karte zurückgeschickt.

Améliorer connexion internet
J'avais déjà acheté cette carte en version Intel x540. Avec cette version (Intel x710) j'améliore amplement ma connexion internet. Très satisfait

doesn't work with all sfps
So intel decided in the driver to not allow certain brands of SFP+ to work with their card. Also tons of weird linux driver errors out of the box, a firmware update from intel seems to have quieted all of them. I tried a SFP unlock tool from github however my one fs.com 10g copper SFP programmed for IND doesn't work. Card seems okay for a clone. we'll see how long it lasts. Packaging was good, included half height bracket, and the card was shipped quickly.

carte OK, emballage insuffisant
Article fonctionne (attention, pas compatible avec tous les SFP+), mais emballage inadéquat: emballage etait percé, métal tordu, heureusement tout juste à côté de la carte même. Un meilleur emballage serait préférable.
