Do not waste your money on this kit. Way over-priced for a few items. You can buy an oatmeal packet, Lean Cuisine cuisine for lunch and dinner and a snack bar yourself for each of the 5 days and not spend what this kit cost. Very disappointed!

I love the meals and this meal program has helped me drop 10lbs. The meals are small and I believe that is why I lost weight so fast. So, I believe I have been over eating all these years. Watching how much you eating and what you eat makes all difference with weight lose.

The product has too much sugar in it. It makes me super hungry so I can’t follow the diet plan. I’m constantly hungry. And that’s with adding the food that doesn’t come with it that is suggested. Running on sugar makes you hungry faster.

Two stars for effort. Overall grade for taste and nutrition - FF.Save yourself the money. Gostock fridge with some healthier options from the freezers at your local grocery store. Callorie-wise, these packets range from 150 cals for a packet of breakfast oatmeal to 280 for a dinner option. You will have to pair them with additional snacks depending on your daily caloric intake.I won't be buying these again. I do not recommend them either.

The box appeared as if one side had been opened and then resealed and also a part of the box was ripped & bottom side of tape was dirty. Also one of the items was open (Cheddar Broccoli Rice) & had spilled in box & I had to throw it away. I am keeping this purchase as the other items in the box appear to be sealed and ok & I am in need of Nutrisystem meals for my current diet regimen. I thought I was buying a new & sealed product.

Great box! I actually ate and enjoyed most of the items.

Usually like the choices Nutrisystem gives in their boxes. This one was filled with very undesirable choices. Haven't opened my second box. Was very disappointed.
