I contacted Ford directly and they absolutely denied a goodwill...mind you i still have owned this truck for less than 100 miles. So after some time of back and forth i just said screw it ill do it myself. This replacement part seems to be of quality. Everything was straightforward and easy. After the repair my truck ran as designed again, no more shifting concerns, no more dropping gears. Ive seen a lot of negative reviews on here but heres to hoping this part will last awhile.
