Worth to buy
I was looking for sturdy mixer grinder which can grind dosa and idli batter. Perfect mixer for chutney and dry masala.

Hoping to use it for a long time.
Purchased same one before in person from the same seller while in Chicago and that one lasted for 13yrs and it was time to buy another one.. Hoping to get similar usage from this one as well

This was a great purchase. It works very well with large and small amounts. It has great power and is easy to clean. I sold a Vitamix in oder to purchase this Preethi mixer and I am so happy I did. The Preethi is also a much better price.

Extremely Poor Quality
The motor is very noisy. Food overflows even when the jar is only 1/3 full. I am returning after the first use. The lid does not fit properly (leakage). The jar and the United (base) heated up within the first two minutes of use. I don’t recommend this brand to anyone. Very bad. Sorry to say but this should be taken off the market.

Everything is great about this grinder but the plastic caps break very easily.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The unit sparked, and had an electrical burning smell with a flash of fire when we used it for the first time. I was told to send it back so they could evaluate it for safety purposes. After they received it, they said there were stains on it and would be unable to resell it, so would consider a partial refund???? Now nobody is getting back to me. Terrible experience. unsafe product.

This is a good quality product for Indian and south Asian cooking. Bit on expensive side but good amount of accessories supplied. Also you need to hold the lid tightly to ensure that contents do not spill out
