HongBoW BSPT to NPT Adapter Brass Pipe Fitting Adapter 1/2 BSPT Male x 1/2 NPT Female British to US Gauge Sensor Sender Adapter BSP NPT Thread Converter

I bought these 1/2 BSPT Male x 1/2 NPT brass pipe fitting adapters to place some Hampton Bay LED landscape lights above grade on hard surfaces. The plastic stakes that come with the lights that you mash into the ground have 1/2" straight threads which run into the metal fixture mount. If you've tried to thread the light fixtures onto 1/2" NPT pipe nipples, you can get a thread or two engaged, but that's it. If you buy a 1/2" BSP male x 1/2" NPT female brass pipe fitting adapter from this company, then you can securely screw the male BSP end into the light fixture, then mount the 1/2" female NPT end to black iron pipe, then cast iron flanges, etc. (see picture) giving you all sorts of flexibility with mounting landscape lights above grade--anchored to concrete porches, deck columns or whatever. You just need to be creative with the wiring path.

Worked great for connecting my son's air gun to his compressor. Couldn't find any fittings locally that would work. This one shipped promptly and arrived quickly.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Decent brass fittings. I've only had them up to 50 psi, but I haven't had any issues with them at all.

Product is well manufactured, fits as expected. It's a little pricey though.

Seemed like a good quality product. I ended up not needing it so it has been returned.
