The fan works, the fuse is not blown. Will not strike the light now. Worked fine for 2 days. Lesson learned, do not buy the cheapest ballast you can find on Amazon.

Wow really old made in 2010 LOOK OUT will not last long.you get what you paid for. Ps the listing should say old stock

I bought this to replace a $300 broken ballast in my hydroponics grow box. It's been in there for several weeks now and has worked perfectly fine. The manufacturer of the original $300 ballast warned me that using a "cheap replacement" might blow out the bulbs and do other damage to the machine. This has not been the case. I made sure all the specs were the same and it works beautifully. Also, I contacted the manufacturer of this ballast to confirm I could return it if it did not work correctly in my machine and I was assured I could. Recommend.

Been @ this a while. Vivosun was my go to until about a year ago. EVERY ballast from them to me went bad. NO customer care ar all. Decided to try eGrow. So far so good. Quick to fulfill the order. No hassle. Will buy again.
