I purchased this scale on May 5, 2017 and was initially pleased with the performance. I use it when I make hand made soap for measuring oils, etc. Because I don't make soap often the scale has been used only periodically. I started to malfunction and it was difficult to turn it on in August when I was making soap. I put in new batteries but that didn't help. It is frustrating and unacceptable when a product becomes unusable considering that I used it approximately ten times since I made the purchase. It died after a time frame that would allow me to return it. I feel that a company replacement is warranted.

It's hard to write anything exciting about a kitchen scale. I use this for measuring soap making ingredients. They seem to work accurately (no explosions!) I have given the item five stars because it does just as it is designed. The scale is light weight, yet sturdy. The display is clear, the controls are easy to use.

Very satisfied with item features for kitchen/cooking, The plastic bowl is flimsy, but I get around that by using a clear glass bowl I already had on hand. Shipping was quick; I was surprised it was not packed more securely, but it arrived without USPS smashing it to bits.

We are very impressed with this little scale and its accuracy.
