Zerosmoke Auricular Therapy Magnets - Quit Smoking

Prelude to my review: Seven years ago my lung collapsed for no reason. The pain was excruciating yet I walked around for 48 hours (single mom of three boys under 6 at the time) thinking I had just pulled a muscle. I tolerated THAT level of pain for 48 hours! I’ve also endured police academy with its tear gas, pepper spray, and being teachers pet during baton butt beating training day (I have photos of those bruises.) This tiny little magnet lasted 12 hours, not even consecutively. I gave it to my daughter who wore it 5 hours before deciding to give it to her worst enemy. I’ll never know if it curbed my cravings or not.

I used this product to quit smoking. I had tried other methods, like nicotine gum, nicotine patches, and hypnotherapy, and this is the only method that actually helped me to become a non-smoker. I had smoked for over 30 years and it was the hardest habit to quit. It took a few tries, ( that's why the instructions say to keep for future use), but it worked. I just had to remember to rub my ear when I had an urge to smoke and the urge actually went away. One thing that I realized is that I had to be serious about wanting to quit. Thanks to Zero-smoke, I am now smoke-free!

I'm giving it 3 stars simply because I like the idea of it. However, the back magnet fell off the first day that I wore it. No clue where it is, so I obviously am unsure if it works as intended. Some of the other reviews say that it hurts your ear after a few hours. Maybe it's because I only used mine for maybe 5 hours, my ear did not hurt.

So I must say I was super skeptical about this product but Day 1 and I am surprised about how well it has worked. Put it on the left ear for about 6 hrs and it has started to get a little sore, but not unbearable. Cravings are few and far between. Going to use it for sure tomorrow! Definitely worth the $10!

Gotta try something else or maybe I just haven't worn them enough. I suppose you would forget all about smoking because you're too busy thinking about the pain in your ear the magnet causes.

this product is same as using the acupuncture needles in ear except using magnets! It will help to reduce the crave of nicotine, not so sure about quitting but you never know it will depend on people as you know.. But totally help 50 to 70 of craving gone once you start using it... I recommend do not put in your ear more than 2 to 4 hrs or you ear will get pain.. Once you start putting this one, my craving is gone.. So it help in the way!!!

I ordered three sets. One said was empty. They do work for me however. Would highly recommend that would like to get my third set

They hurt after awhile. I CAN NOT leave them on. Very strong magnet for such a tiny thing.
