Perfect OEM match for my 2008 Prius — no more flickering!
I bought these bulbs for my 2008 Prius with HID headlights, and they were a perfect match — they appear identical to the original OEM bulbs. I had previously tried aftermarket options that didn’t last long and would start flickering or randomly shut off. These have been rock solid so far. Installation in a Prius is a bit of a challenge due to tight access, but that’s a car design issue — not a problem with the bulbs themselves. Now that they’re in and working flawlessly, I don’t expect to touch them again for another 300,000 miles. Highly recommend if you want quality and reliability without the headaches of cheaper alternatives.

Genuine Philips HID bulbs matched the OEM lights in my truck perfectly.
The driver's side headlight was running at half brightness, so I bought a pair of these bulbs. The install was a bit tricky, especially the passenger side, but I can see properly at night again. The upper and lower airbox, mass air sensor and a plastic piece needed to be removed on the passenger side to access the headlight enclosure. The driver's side is wide open. No special tools are needed but it takes patience to get the bulbs out at the right angle and the replacements in. There is 1 wire to disconnect/connect at the bottom of the light, but there is enough slack that it's not a problem. The lights illuminated right away and hopefully they last as long as the OEM bulbs. The dealership was a bit more than double the cost of the bulbs on Amazon, then labour on top of that, so I'm glad I did it myself.
