Work great, fairly easy to install
I bought these when I noticed our oven wasn't getting up to the highest temps (500+) and was taken forever to get up to lower temperatures. I quickly spotted the issue when looking at it with the oven door open, you could see one side was igniting while the other burner in the over was still off. In a previous house I had a similar igniter issue, where it'd take forever to heat up, so I figured that was the issue.Shipping wise, the first set we ordered was missing the second igniter and the first one was completely destroyed, but it looked like it was mistakenly a used set. The second set was in perfect, clean, unused condition. The package comes with some basic wire nuts and the igniters. I'd recommend looking up some basic videos on how to replace the igniter on your specific viking model, but it wasn't too difficult once I watched one.The installation for me went something like this: Took off the oven door (easy), remove the plate just before the door via two screws, and then the bottom of the oven plate which is just held in by the two sides that are pushed apart by the racks. From there you can easily take off the old igniters, and then where they were previously tied into the rest of the electrical system on the oven remove the old wire and replace it with the new wire. I'd recommend taking pictures and doing one at a time so that you can see how it looks like on the other side for quick comparison. I replaced both of mine since I had it already open and saw no reason not to. All in all took under an hour and it works perfectly. Have had them for about 8 months and no issues so far.

Perfect for my Viking VGRC365 - 36" with griddle
The oven smelled like gas when using it. It also took a long time to fire up. After taking out the bottom panel in the oven, I saw that the right oven burner was not lighting at all, although the igniter was glowing. It looked like I needed new igniters. I inspected the burners since they were original (25+ years old). They looked OK at first, but when looking very closely at area adjacent to the igniter they were rusted out. It's hard to see that area unless you take the burners out.So I ordered a pair of igniters and the burners and installed them using YouTube instructions. The burners fit very well. The only problem I had was with the igniters (which was my fault). When stripping the wires I only removed the woven insulation. There was a silver-metallic lining under it that I left on, but it turns out that that lining is not conductive so I had to strip it down to the wires. It was a stupid mistake but I figured it out and the oven is working great. It fires up much more quickly than before.

Had been a lifesaver for my beloved old Viking Range, but quality not there on last order
What I wrote earlier: I have a first generation Viking home range, on which these things blow regularly. Otherwise, I love this range. After several expensive service calls, I decided it couldn't be that hard to replace this uncomplicated part. I did some internet research, and ordered these igniters. It’s easy. Now we keep one around just in case, because they sometimes fail with very little warning. We've gotten so good that we can unplug the range, pull out the oven bottom and front, pop out the old one, pop in the new one, and re-connect the wires in about 10 minutes. My Viking range is going to have to rust in place for another two or three decades, now that I know about these. What I think now: Maybe just bad luck. I keep two around because you need them ASAP. Both of the pair I had on deck died after less than a day's use. Continuity tested good before install, then gone after one use. Bit the bullet and bought authorized part from manufacturer for 4x the price. Works great. Wanted to love these, as they're so much cheaper, but two fails in 48 hours is not a deal.

Great Deal
At a fraction of the cost of Viking OEM. Fit perfectly. Works great. I live in San Francisco where everything costs more. I was quoted $1200 to change the igniters and the tubes, so I decided to do it myself. These parts cost me about $130 and it took me less than an hour. YouTube and Amazon are your friends.

Viking Range Oven igniter replacements
These were a drop in replacement for the Viking Range. There are plenty of videos on Youtube on how to do it, parts are relatively inexpensive but a service call is not. It just takes a couple of hand tools and about half an hour to remove the old ones and reinstall these. I would also recommend a head lamp because you have to unplug the oven and reach deep inside to reseat the burner tubes while starting the screws when reassembling. A lot of videos say you have to cut off the wire ends and use the included ceramic wire nuts to re-attach these igniters but this brand had identical connectors to my Viking oven so it was plug-and-play, screw holes lined up perfectly and everything looked factory when I was done.
