I am literally in tears over this cookie jar/urn. My miniature pinscher passed a few months after his partner in crime, a jack russell passed. The first urn was perfect. It was beautiful, came in a timely manner, and the wording very nice. The second urn (same item number) was ordered a few months later. I needed a matching urn. This one looks like a cookie jar! It's huge. I am absolutely heartbroken that 1. they don't match, and 2. this doesn't look like an urn.I called customer service. The representative was very nice, but basically said there's nothing she can do. The old ones are all gone. I never would've gotten the first one if I would've known. I rarely give one star, but this is a disaster.

In a moment like this, I'm not caught up on the cost. However, you will not find a better tribute to your pet at any cost. It's a value added bonus that this product is so cost effective. I found it to be a high quality product and exactly what I was looking for. It also arrived quickly, in fact before I even received the ashes back from my vet. It is also comforting that this vendor personalized the product and does not try to capitalize on gouging you during a time when you are vulnerable mourning the loss of your beloved pet. My beautiful Labradoodle passed on peacefully in her sleep on 13 January. While we are devastated we are happy with our decision to have her cremated and this urn is beautiful and sturdy. There was a little consternation when placing her in the urn because the opening is smaller than the urn, but with careful maneuvering our 90 pound baby made it in.I hope that you never have this kind of pain in your life, but if you do, I recommend this urn.

Love this for my furbaby. When it arrived the lid was in pieces so I contacted company they replaced my lid very fast. I had new lid within 3 days. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend purchasing from this company.
