The Product was easy to put together and is also easy to operate. There is a video on Youtube that is very detailed as far as assembly, operation and the cleaning and maintenance. While the steamer doesn't super hot like others it gets the job done for me and I am pleased with it.

I like how easy it was to put together, however, it’s a little wobbly. I’m always afraid that it may fall apart. I’m happy that it heats up so fast. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my purchase.

Not only was the customer service provided by this company exceptional. The product also works as expected and as described. I watched a youtube video review on how to use it properly. I am enjoying this salon like product. A must buy to keep your hair healthy and hydrated.

Terrible product . The head of the steamer couldn’t move . When you put it together it was like it was sealed closed. The hood wouldn’t come down . No instructions , never even plugged it in .. do not buy

This steam machine is cool for someone who is stationed in a salon or working out of there home. But if you are a mobile stylist going into clients home I don’t recommend getting this. The machine is heavy and it would be too much to take it in the car. Another thing it’s not sturdy, it’s learns over because it’s so top heavy. Keep in mind if you end up not liking this and wanting to rerun it, you must have the original packaging or they will only give you partial amount you paid which after tax is like $160. I wish I would have read that because I wouldn’t have purchased it.
