Really thin powder.
The media could not be loaded. I gave five stars because it's good quality it smells very garlicky but my personal preference is granules this powder is way too thin.

Decent Flavored Granulated Garlic; Keeps Much Longer than Fresh Bulbs
I've been recreating my Mom's steak and hamburger seasoning. Granulated/powdered garlic always played a role. So did celery salt (if you are shopping on Amazon to build your own blend.) The particle size is 'just right for sprinkling over items. Dried minced garlic is a DIFFERENT product. I do not favor it. Discerning palates and experienced cooks always notice the 'sulfurous' residual flavor of dried garlic products. With this item, the aroma is most noticeable whenever the container is opened. It is not noticeable to me in the cooked item. It DOES provide reliable garlic 'punch' to my seasoning for beef and pork.

Good Substitute
This is more like the toasted garlic that they put on bagels. That’s fine though, it’s still good and it’s a great substitute for fresh garlic.

Pantry staple - for times When You don’t have fresh garlic
Ordered this brand for the first time. I use fresh garlic a lot in my cooking but this will be for times when I don’t have fresh garlic . Initial impressions are good . Made curry and it turned out good. Will write another update after few days of usage .

Potent flavor
Potent flavor. Easily blends/absorbs into food - doesn't float or stay dry. Highly recommend.
