Summary: Mom requested a new shower sprayer head that weighed less, so ended up swapping most of the components, including the slider bar too. This review will cover all the components I used. Works well to replace 12 year old version of almost the same product, different manufacturer. Easy to install, but hubby makes all jobs look easy. Bright, shiny, sturdy. Just one question, why did they choose to have a plastic base show through on the upside of this holder?

This item is a good replacement for my broken shower head bar. I wanted to use the existing mounting location without having to drill new holes in the tile. This was the only item I found that had an adjustable bar height. I was able to align to the existing mounting location, which made installation super easy. The bar looks beautiful and appears to be high quality.

This is a great shower rail for hand-hold shower head in it's price point. Chrome is nice. When rail is installed it feels solid and strong. Hand Shower Holder moves easily up and down and holds up the hand-hold unit I bought. I a matching supply elbow that looks good with this. For those who do not like plastic, this is plastic and see my first photo showing a non-chrome plastic piece (it's light gray color and it's fine but I wish it was Chrome). it does a good job

Our old slide bar, which was here when we bought our house, had a plastic holder for the shower head and one day that broke. Ugh. I needed a slide bar that could fit right into the screw holes already in the ceramic tiles etc. This does the trick because it's adjustable.The only downside is that our shower head swivels a bit because it is not an exact mate with the slide but we have figured out how to turn it so it won't swivel and we have thought we might put a rubber o-ring to help keep it in place if it does start to move again.

Easy to install. Works very well. Locks down on movement.

Easy to install and looks great! Only minor negative is that slider is difficult to tighten enough to prevent shower head from tilting back down. Needs a position lock that is easy to utilize.

I ordered this rail, the Euphoria shower head 110 mono and shower hose silverflex. I think this combination offers best quality and value combination. The rail has been criticised because it is stiff to adjust the angle of the shower head holder. Just use the leverage gained from the shower head and adjust gently. The ring adjuster only allows easy positioning up and down the rail. The shower head 110 mono gives a wonderful feel - like rain and is the lowest priced premium shower head because it has just one fixed setting. Suits us fine. The silver coloured hose looks good - be aware that Grohe sell a grey one which we don't like. So it took 10 mins to install in existing holes and works and looks a treat!

Ce qu on ne voit pas sur les images, c' est le plastique gris visible sur les faces superieures et inferieures des fixations, le capuchon en plastique ne les recouvre que partiellement. J aurais probablement cherché autre chose en sachant cela. Montage tres simple et ajustement tres pratique pour des trous deja perces.

Sturdy, well made, flexible options in fitting the riser. Two things. The swivel mechanism needs to be fitted before you can test its swivel, by inserting the shower head. I'm not sure how long the swivel mechanism will last as you can neither tighten nor loosen it off. Clearer instructions in this respect would have been helpful.The other thing, the shower head receiver is narrower at one end than the other. This might be to accommodate different shower head sizes by switching it around but again unsure, as there's no instructions explaining why it's made this way.Overall, looks a quality product and the other thing I liked. you can contact Grohe for any technical issue and comes with a 5 year warranty.
