How to Build and Sustain a Championship Culture

Janssen does a great job of outling a blueprint for creating and maintaining a championship culture. I would recommend this book to any coach who is going through the process of establishing or re-establishing a culture where newer, higher standards of behavior by staff and players is required in order to align with your vision of becoming a champiobship level team.Make no mistake, there are truths revealed in this book that cannot be rationalized to make up for things missing to create a championship culture. Stop making excuses and follow these principles, easy or difficult. The reality is if you want your team's culture to reflect your vision you will start the process outlined in the book. The best part is within just a couple weeks you will see those athletes who "want in" start to increase their level of play.

Jeff's book "How to Build and Sustain a Championship Culture" was something that I opened up after a challenging season. I wanted to improve the culture of my team but I wasn't sure HOW to do it. Jeff does an amazing job to lay out the easy to follow steps on not only how to build culture, but ensure that it stays. This book has help make me a better coach, provided a better experience for my athletes and has helped me lay out the foundation for a positive and competitive culture that is here to stay.This is a great book and easy read. A great read for anyone who values team culture in an team, program or workplace.
