Fits under low furniture, as low as 1 & 1/8"
I was seeking a very specific product similar to one I had bought in Germany. It needed to be lightweight, but durable; fit flat under low-lying furniture while maintaining the capacity to swivel 360 degrees; retain any dirt & dust that it picked up; have covered edges so that it did not damage fine furniture or mop boards; be easy to wash without any special considerations of the material. As said, very specific. So I called the seller direct. The agent who helped me over the phone was extremely personable & knowledgeable as she patiently answered my questions, & offered information on features I didn't know enough to ask. And when all was answered, efficiently tallied my purchase info & answered shipping questions. All was delivered timely with packaging & product intact & complete.I bought the aluminum, adjustable-length (45-73 inches) handle with 24" x 4" mop head and the light green damp-mop covers. Also a dry dust mop.The head easily fits under a 1 & 1/8 inch gap up until the center of the head where the handle attaches (see first photo). Then the mop needs a minimum of a 2 inch gap to accommodate the area where the handle attaches (2nd photo, shows mop clearing a 3" gap with an inch to spare). Plenty adequate for my needs. And with the 24 inch head, it still goes 11 inches deep lengthwise into the area behind the smaller 1&1/8" gap.I dampened the damp-mop with plain water & the performance was what I was seeking. It's harder to push when wet, of course, yet the mop cover stays firmly attached. I had to be careful the angle of the mophead when pulling it back towards me lest in my enthusiasm (sarcasm) the mophead flip over & the uncovered top surface make contact with the floor, which happened 4 times in about 1500 square feet of tile & hardwood. But with no scratches thanks partly to the mop edges covered in protective plastic. Still, I believe that if the mop head was wider, e.g. 8 - 10 inches instead of 4, that flip wouldn't be as likely to happen.I also received a dust mop with microfiber on its main surface, 1 inch fringe-loop edging. It appears to be as well made as the damp mop; fringe loops are not as long as on another tool we have, which, imo, helps control "dust-scatter." It was quick to use & even when shaken, retained nearly all its dust. Which is what I wanted until completely done & ready to clean it.Both styles of covers are easy to attach. Removing takes a firm pull which means they stay on during floor scrubbing until deliberately pulled off.In summary: Satisfaction; all was as described by the sales agent & the experience was pleasant.

Made my job easy and fast
New air and heat installed, wanted to wipe moldings and walls in whole house. Ceilings are 9 foot high, going to be 80 years this summer, and I had no problem, holding this mop for any amount of time. I purchased 24" handle extension, was perfect for 5'5''. Mop and handle very good quality, worth every penny. and with todays rapid rasing price, great deal, priced right.

Great dust mop!
I really love this professional quality duster and mop; the 24” gets a large area done quickly and the different pads are easy to put on and remove. The only problem I’m having is the small screws are falling out, and because of the odd screw head, they’re difficult to put back in. I wish the manufacturer would have included a few extra screws and a tool to screw them in; otherwise, a great mop.

WHY THIS IS THE ONE TO BUY OVER THE OTHERS -What they don't tell you in the item description...
I did quite a bit of research prior to choosing this specific model and will be happy to share and save you the time and trouble.I originally planned to purchase an 18" flat microfiber mop, but changed my mind at the last minute after taking another look atmy 24" x 12" porcelain tiles. I decided that 2 feet wide was probably the best compromise between the 18" wide and the 36" wide that would have been too heavy for my 64-year-old body to handle soaking wet.The main differences between this one and the others:1. This model has 3 VELCRO STRIPS to hold the pads in place (see my photo), most others only have 2.This allows for a better hold for the pads, plus helps even out the pad pressure when in contact with the floors. If you look carefully, you find blank gullies between those with 2 Velcro strips which means most of the dirt will accumulate where those outer strips meet the pad with less dirt being trapped in the center of the pad. The 3 Velcro strips and the 24" mop head width was the icing on the cake and the main determining factors in my choice of microfiber mop. Each of the three Velcro strips measures 1" wide.2. This mop's frame is perfectly rectangular.I prefer this over the unevenness of the trapezoid shaped frames that make for much more ill-fitting pads.3. It has a sturdy, stainless steel handle. While this adds weight to the mop, it also adds stability. The handle is a telescopic pole rather than 2 or 3 individual pieces that have to be attached to each other. This design allows for you to choose the exact length down to a fraction-of-an inch you want rather than choosing 1, 2, or 3 pre-sized pieces. Also, if you notice, most manufacturer's handles are made of a thin aluminum which although making those mops lighter, are subject to become dented or bent more easily.4. The mopping pads are top quality and the same ones can be purchased through the seller's website individually or in bulk. You purchase them in the 26" length which will overlap the edges of the mop's frame, but the extra length also allows for the inevitable shrinkage after washing and drying. I had read many reviews where the buyers complained that either the pad was shorter than the frame when brand new or that it shrunk after laundering and they had exposed metal frame coming in contact with or scratching their floors.5. The dust mop pad is also top quality. I also have a scrubbing pad on the way (not included in this set) and I have no doubt that it too will be top notch.Since there is no flat microfiber mop bucket at the moment that I can find to fit the 24" version, I'll compromise by dipping each end in the rectangular bucket I already own, and in lieu of a tray, I'll use the sides of the bucket to scrape off the excess water. If you feel my review was even a little helpful in explaining the features of this mop, please place a "helpful" vote for the review. I'd very much appreciate it.

Works great, bristles aren’t too soft or too aggressive for most floors
Daily house cleanings have been smoother with this, I would recommend pretreating mop pad before washing, some stains can stick

Would not glide easy our my new Epoxy garage floor
It would not glide smoothly on our new epoxy garage floor … indoors on the tile & wood floors it was smooth & easy to maneuver with ease . But not on the epoxy floor in the garage. I purchase this because it is so long & big , make sweeping the garage floor easer & faster but that was not the case . My small swifter I use in door worked much better.
