I love sushi and decided to try to make it on my own. I watched a couple of videos and thought, okay, I can do this. This bamboo kit was the star of the show because it turned what I thought would be an intimidating excursion into a cakewalk. I made California rolls and Dragon Rolls. The quality of the kit is supreme and the value excellent. I have used it multiple times in the past two weeks. It is easy to clean and easy to use.

The box comes with a QR code to find the instructions online. Badly programmed as it doesn’t lead anywhere. Looks like it’s trying to go to a Facebook page but nothing opens. Trying to type in a URL for the company just leads to their storefront. So no documentation whatsoever.

I was very excited to get this kit. The price was amazing and this is exactly why I gave stars to this product. Other than a price there is not much about this product.The form to make square sushi is too small, one of the tool doesn't have any description for it, I don't even get it what it supposed to be for. There is no even a picture of it in the listing.So, you will use a couple of those tools, but the rest you will throw away unless you want to make mini sushi for kids.

Siempre me ha gustado el sushi, con la pandemia hemos estado en casa y este producto ha sido espectacular y ha sido divertido aprender. Las recetas, y la variedad así como la calidad del producto creo que hacen que valga la pena. Recomendado.

Makes maki nori a breeze. Suggestions...wet both pieces of the press before you use. The water allows the press to easily release the rice without sticking.Only other observation, wish I could have bought press without all the 'extras', chopsticks, bamboo spoon ..still a 5 in my book!

The mat came broken and the bamboo sticks look like they are moldy/rotten. I don't feel safe to use it on food so I am going to return this. Can't comment on functionality because I have not used it.

It's smaller than what it looked like in photo there's no ebook for recipes that was disappointing the chopsticks were bamboo but too smooth to grip so I'm contemplating on returning and getting a better one

Does its job. Just make sure you lay something flat on it (like the cutting board) to dry. Else, the bamboo wood bends upwards. Ones I've had before (a little more costly) had "tougher" feeling bamboo and didn't really run into this issue.

Nice set. I would wrap my bamboo rollers in saran wrap next time if you want rice on the outside so it doesn’t stick. The little rectangle mould makes a pretty decent all is well. Just make sure you have an a sharp knife to cut through the sea weed without tearing it

The media could not be loaded.  Tout le matériel est joli et pratique, mais la faible qualité du tapis de bamboo est décevante, il a cassé au premier essais (je roulais du riz, des concombres et des algues).Je suis déçue du tapis mais satisfaite du reste.
