Dulux Walls & Ceilings Tester Paint, Tranquil Dawn, 30 ml

Beautiful paint, gorgeous texture and really easy to work with. It’s very forgiving if you have any imperfections on your wall and you can repaint in any areas that need a touch up as it just blends in perfectly! So good I got another feature wall colour in Cannon Ball for our other toilet and that too scored top marks! A really fantastic line of paints!

Excellent for colour matching and the built-in mini sponge roller is great for touch-ups. Very pleased with the durability of the Dulux easycare paint.

Only gave it four stars for one reason it does not cover in one coat. Apart from that the colour is really nice colour and the finish is more like egg shell than matt but really nice. Easy to apply but make sure you wash your brush really well.

A great little paint tester. Just don't squeeze too hard! I love Tranquil Dawn, and I'm going to buy some for my bedroom. Update 03/12/24: I've now bought Tranquil Dawn paint and decorated my bedroom (3m by 3.77m, and 2.36m tall). It looks like a grey-green in certain light/shade, and a minty sage in other light. Both colours look great, and work well with a dark charcoal grey carpet. I'll update this review in the future when I see how hard wearing the paint is. I used the following paint for the walls: 1x Dulux Walls White Primer & undercoat, 10L (one coat, plus going over bits that needed more). 2x Dulux Easycare Washable and Tough Matt Emulsion Paint Tranquil Dawn 5L. 1x Dulux Easycare Washable and Tough Matt Emulsion Paint Tranquil Dawn 2.5L. I gave my room 3x good coats of Dulux Easycare Washable and Tough Matt Emulsion Paint Tranquil Dawn. Leaving around 750ml (0.75L) of paint unused for touch ups. For my ceiling, I used: 3x Tikkurila Anti-Reflex White 2 - Full Matt Emulsion Paint 3L My ceiling had 3x coats, with about 500ml (0.5L) left for touch ups. For my woodwork, I'm using: 1x Dulux Quick Dry Satinwood Paint - Pure Brilliant White 2.5 Litre That will be enough for 3x coats, which I'm yet to do.

Didn't use this tester, as I preferred the Tranquil Dawn tester that I ordered at the same time. The testers generally, are great to use, with the little rollers incorporated into the tester pot. The emulsion covers well, giving a good indication of how the full size tin will cover.

Good price and delivered safely with no chance of spillage. Very lovely colour. Does need a couple coats on the wall.

die Farbe ist sehr zäh dickflüssig deckt aber hervorragend und die Farbe ist ein wunderschönes Mint der Geruch hält sich sehr in Grenzen und so wie man es von Dulux erwartet ist es eine wirklich tolle Wandfarbe ! Kaufe ich sicher bald wieder! Klare Kaufempfehlung

Magnifique couleur émeraude... J'ai pu comparer entre Celle ci qui vient d'Angleterre et celle qui vient de France, dans une celebre enseigne de gsb, même marque, la couleur est un peu plus foncée version française... Hormis le packaging qui n'est pas le même, plus costaud version anglaise, la version anglaise s'applique bien mieux, est plus couvrante, et surtout elle fait plus de mètres carrés que la version française ? Le consommateur français est toujours lésé comme d'habitude je dirais. Mon avis, commandez ce que vous pouvez a l'étranger, vous serez mieux servis, pour moins cher... 😁
