Purchased this after coach recommended this would provide better support for my knees than KT. Certainly made my knee feel a lot more stable, quite stiff to start with so recommend putting on in advance of activity if any running/bending involved as this will give you time to break it in a bit.Can start to peel after a while if sweating so found electrical or KT as a top level on edges helped keep in place longer.Just make sure you apply it correctly, this is a good product when applied properly.

Okay. But would be better if it was as sticky to feet as it is to itself. Works okay, but feet need to be completely dry, and it isn’t particularly resilient after a shower.

This is solid . I went of shower with this on and did not come off easily as long as you don't go about making it soak like crazy.

Das Tape hält und das ist das Wichtigste. Es ist eher dünn, was sich aber als Vorteil herausgestellt hat. Es bietet dadurch weniger Angriffsfläche um abzugehen weil es enger an der Haut liegt sozusagen. Gibt echt viele Tapes die echt Mist sind aber das hier ist gut.
