Rhapsody-Essential Tote Bag, One Size

This is an open-top bag with a magnetic flap-style latch. Fits perfectly on top of the B&R 22"Rhapsody tall softside carry-on spinner. Tons of pockets & flaps inside, including a padded pocket for my laptop. Squared bottom provides stability. Zippered pocket in front is super-handy for small documents. Handy back flap for sliding the bag over a telescoping handle. Because the top is mostly open, I use this tote for car trips, rather than public transportation &/or airport travel. The sturdy straps are long enough to carry over-the-shoulder. Great bag, overall. Just keep in mind that the top is open.

This bag fits TONS of stuff and is well made. The reason for only 4 stars is that it could really use a zipper or a bigger magnetic clasp to keep the bag closed. Still going to keep.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Great carry on for the plane. Room for laptop, books, misc odds and ends, and can be secured to regular luggage handles when speeding through an airport. In short, classic Briggs & Riley durability and functionality. (Cool color too.)

Like others said, the lack of a shoulder strap is ultimately a deal breaker for me. And it's a shame because it's a great bag otherwise. PROS: Very beautiful, high-quality exterior, that is lightweight and looks as if it cleans easily. Great pocket placement and interior organization, while still being roomy for its size. Plenty of padding for the laptop. Pretty details like ID tag, ID protected pockets, and thick leather straps. CONS: The lack of a shoulder strap is really a disappointment. Carrying the weight of a laptop for any distance is hard on the shoulder. A shoulder strap helps and also enables hand-free movement through airport security, boarding, etc. A dedicated pocket for a water bottle would have been another nice touch.

Beautiful 🤩 bag in every way. Multiple pockets with attention to detail. Fabric is lovely and easy to wipe down after travel. Only one complaint: no zipper across the main entry to protect the bags contents. There are two separate snap, but a zipper would be preferred. Truly a five star bag in every other way. Happy to own it!

I was able to fit several items into the bag--shoes, bathing suits, t-shirts + my liquids and other personal items. Because it's a soft shell, I could squish it if needed. That said, it easily fit under the seat as my "personal item." I liked that it had several zippered compartments (including a sleeve for a laptop/tablet) and a strap to attach to my carry-on handle. A win!
