THERABAND CLX Resistance Band with Loops, 5-Foot Non-Latex Exercise Band for Mobility, Rehab, Stretching & Home Workouts, Color-Coded Resistance Levels

This workout band has been a staple in my fitness routine for both exercise and PT strengthening exercises. The multiple loops make it versatile, you can use them in different ways to target a wide range of movements, stretches, and strength work. One of my favorite things about this band is how easy it is to travel with. I always pack it to ensure I can still stretch and get in a workout when other equipment isn’t available. Pay attention to the color and level of resistance. Green is the second from highest and if you haven't used before you may want to start at red. Like most bands, these do wear over time and eventually break. That said, even when they split into two parts, I’ve still found them useful for travel and exercises. On average, each one lasts me around six months, and this is my third purchase, which says a lot about how much I use and rely on them and they are worth the cost. If you want something compact, versatile, and effective for both workouts and rehab, I definitely recommend this band.

Great band and product. My PT person gave me a band with multiple holes like this and it was much more versatile than the normal single bands. I used it so much that it eventually broke so I searched the brand and found one here. I went with the highest resistance just because it may last longer but all of them levels would be useful for different muscle groups. Im excited to hopefully break this and order a new one. Full disclosure, I did try a different brand as well, but it was more of a cloth feel and all of the levels with that felt the same

I have limited hand function, so I can’t tie a knot in a resistance band and I can’t grip one to hold on. My occupational therapist suggested this brand which has a loop already built into the end of it and then I can just put my whole hand into it. Or even go far enough that the loop is resting on my arm. This is made it possible for me to use the resistance band in my daily exercises, and I really like it. The band itself is lightweight, but that’s what I was looking for. Very happy with this purchase.

Good band but it does thin and wear out and break rather quickly - like a couple months use - don't recommend putting in sun for very long.

My husband refs basketball 4-5 nights a week. This is PERFECT for him to keep his muscles stretched He really likes it

Great product

I usually love theraband products, my latex bands have lasted for months, several for a few years; however I had bought the green non latex clx because it was the only one available and it snapped within 4 uses at a seam in the middle of the band. Be cautious when purchasing and look for a good price if you dont mind buying more than once. If using the full tension one part of the band can and will snap. You can make it shorter and use for smaller movements.

Got the green one and absolutely love it. I've been in PT for a while and this bands helps supplement the treatments. I mostly use it for bird-dog and dead-bug exercises, but I do makeshift pilates-style hip circles and presses with it too. I'm going to get higher resistance ones now because the green one is too easy. Great way to build strength in between PT sessions.

We have several of these bands and they are great! Very durable and the loops are a feature that assists in many exercises, especially if grip is a problem. The manufacturer stands behind their product and were great to deal with when we encountered a problem with one of our bands. Highly recommend this product!
