OMG!My worst nightmare-asking other family members to save me from something I was stuck in. Hello panic attack!Do I act all cool, "hey, do you mind helping me for a sec?", yep that was the plan, but it came out "Save me, I am stuck in this and I can't breathe". (insert family members laughing at me while I am dead serious!)So I thought this would be like maybe when I went diving and wore a wet suit and it was just uncomfortable to get on and off but as long as it does the job-in this case sweat (the other case keep me dry! lol)So I ordered it purpsely 2 sizes big because I had the intention of wearing it over a tank top! Oh please, who was I kidding! I do not know how I got that thing on. There was no way I would be able to get a sweat on in that and take that off at the gym. Planet Fitness would probably charge me extra for helping me undress!Amazon so funny-do I want to include a picture!-Nobody want to see thatThe neon green or yellow whatever that is called is a bright color, I liked that. I did not like the humiliation of needing 2 family members help. Not sure what the right size for me would be. Either way, this went back to Amazon the next day with a big No thank you, need refund.I do see there is a vest version that zips-if I feel like figuring out the size I would maybe try that.

I am a size 16 ... I order the size XXXXL based off the reviews I read and I am glad I went up 2 sizes they fit perfect ... now as far as the way they work 👍🏽👍🏽 Cause I sweat like someone poured water on me ... I worked out on the treadmill for an hour and did weights for about 30 mins and I was soaked

Well made and doesn't ride up. Also gives good compression on upper arms, while fitting comfortably on lower arm. I will buy this again.

I'm a 18W in pants and a depending on shirt 1X-2X with that being said I ordered the 4X and its snug which I expected. In fact I thought it wouldn't fit. I purchase this for future use. Now that it fits I will use now however while trying on I began to sweat (good sign) but it was kinda difficult to take off. If you take one arm out first you'll be ok. Don't panic like I did. Lol. All in all can't wait to workout in this.

After a 30 minute walk on treadmill only so yeah it works would have been more sweat but I gotta get kids from daycare

I really liked this product! it does exactly what I want it to. I have large arms and a lot of back and side fat so I wanted something to make me sweat excessively in those areas. The only bad thing about this product is that it smells really strong like chemicals. But I left it outside in the sun for 2 whole days straight and it helped remove the strong smell but not all of it. So i'm 5'9 180 lbs and I got the size XXL(which is US size L). This shirt is really tight but I wanted a snug fit so it worked out well for me...deff make sure you order at least 2 sizes up.

It makes you sweat a lot, very strong smell at first (i have different brands, this one is the one with the strongest smell) it may take few washes for the smell to subside; it is pretty good quality, if you are one of those people that strong rubber smell bothers you, neoprene tend to smell like burnt rubber at times, don't get this one, it is strong. It works good for me, and I promise the smell goes away. I like this type of activewear to be snuggle, it runs small if you are an Xl get XXL. It tends to fit better as you wear it.
