No I don’t think so. They’re definitely tougher to touch than eco by naty. Rascal and friends may be a good alternative?

Is there size 7 in these as my son is in pampers size 7

The mama bear size 6 are actually same size as Pampers size 7. In fact we found the mama bear seemed better but we have a daughter so not sure if that makes a difference.
